ChefScape started as a single food truck in Virginia and has grown into a halal certified, chef-driven kitchen network across Manhattan, minority and woman-owned, built on the belief that good food shouldn't be a privilege. It should be the standard.

Built on a simple mission
ChefScape began six years ago as a single food truck in Virginia, run out of a modest 1,100 square foot commissary kitchen. In 2020, that mission was put to the test: we partnered with New York City to launch a pandemic meal program that grew from 6,000 meals a week into more than 5.7 million meals delivered to seniors and vulnerable New Yorkers, creating jobs for displaced food workers along the way.
From there, ChefScape grew into a network of ghost kitchens in SoHo and a high-volume production facility in Tribeca. Today, we're bringing that same commitment to the general public, every meal made from fresh ingredients, prepared from scratch, because good food should be accessible to everyone.

Every meal is prepared in our commercial kitchen in Tribeca, New York, led by Executive Chef Angel Sanchez, whose background spans celebrated restaurants and high-volume production alike. Meals are never frozen, so you get better texture, brighter flavour, and a true home-cooked feel.
