How do customers place an order?
Customers simply choose their plan, select their meals, and proceed to checkout.
What areas does ChefScape serve?
The primary service area is Manhattan, within a 5-mile radius of our Tribeca kitchen.
When will customers receive their meals?
Meals are delivered Sunday between 2–4pm and Wednesday between 5–7pm. Customers should place their order at least 48 hours ahead of their delivery window to ensure everything is prepared fresh.
Do the meals come fresh or frozen?
Meals are delivered fresh, never frozen. Ready to heat and enjoy.
How long do meals last?
Meals remain fresh in the fridge for up to 5 days. Customers can also freeze meals to extend their shelf life.
How do customers heat the meals?
Meals come fully cooked. Customers simply microwave until heated through. (Times may vary depending on the appliance.)
Are the meals halal?
Yes. ChefScape operates out of a certified halal kitchen, and every dish on the menu is halal.
